I am reading and learning more about the financial bailout that the Administration wants, and it scares me even more!! In a nutshell….
Give us $700B (that’s a B, not an M)
Give us power to use it in any way we see fit
We’ll buy up bad loans without having any knowledge of the risk and rewards associated with the expenditure
Don’t ask us any questions
Don’t provide any oversight
And if we screw up or embezzle money, make sure that no one and no court has the authority to review what we’ve done
Where can I sign up for this job!?!?!?!? Hopefully the Democrats show a bit of spine and hold tight to their demands!!!
